  Terrible customer service in my opinion. Called this morning and spoke to Sophie to enquire about a replacement iPhone 3GS battery and was pleasantly surprised to be informed it would only cost £15, would only take an hour, and that there was one in stock. So I brought the phone in around 30 minutes later, paid for a parking ticket in the adjacent pay and display car park in Wrexham, and on entering the store was directed by Sophie to the males in the repair section, only to be casually informed then that they “do not do them anymore” due to “the batteries being so cheap from China now that they don’t work.” This was after of course they had held the device and commented on the battery bulge in the back of the device, and yet they confirmed that the batter was still on their price list. Absolute waste of time and money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. So annoyed I’m thinking of issueing a small claim in the court to get back the £1.30 I spent at the car park and the half hour drive to specifically go to their store following their telephone conversation. Muppets!
